Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
