Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Ridge Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
