Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Kansas City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 410 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
