Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
