Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Kestrel Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jacksonville plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
