Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
