Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Ridge Construction is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
