Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Lakeside Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
