Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Cobalt Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
