Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Nest Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification.
