Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 745 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts.
