Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sparrow Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
