Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Indianapolis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification.
