Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Cedar River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
