Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Silverline Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Houston with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
