Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Houston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
