Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Mill Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
