Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Field Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
