Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Houston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
