Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
