Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Basin Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
