Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Honolulu. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
