Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
