Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
