Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Vista Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution.
