Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
