Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
