Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Timber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
