Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
