Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
