Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
