Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Hartford, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
