Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
