Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Granite Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification.
