Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
