Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
