Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Birch Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
