Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
