Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Hollow Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
