Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
