Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
