Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Fresno with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
