Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Analytics is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
