Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
