Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
