Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Fresno, CA)

Nova Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
