Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for El Paso and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
