Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
