Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
