Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
